Qualifications/practice/skills
You have several years of management experience in the hotel industry (ideally in service, sales and reception), are currently a department manager and would like to take the next step in your career.
Completed higher education school
Comprehensive training in several departments in the hotel industry
Organizational talent, ability to take criticism and willingness to learn new things
Communicative personality, enjoys dealing with people
Strong guest and service orientation
Independent and precise work
Ideally, you should live in the immediate vicinity of the company and have your own car (accommodation is possible)
Your tasks
Active support for all operational processes in the company including event management. Springer within the squad in case of absences, holidays and peak times, close cooperation with all department heads
Head of the housekeeping department, contact person for the first housemaid, house rounds, room checks, orders, laundry, meetings, etc.
Close cooperation with building services, maintenance, etc.
Participation in the management meeting, taking minutes, active participation, etc.
Quality & complaint management, in-house order system
Pre-selection in recruiting including job interviews
Support in implementing a proper meeting culture
Host role, representative tasks
Apprenticeship training and mentoring
Support with controlling tasks
